We contracted with Champion to remove our old tub/shower and give us a new one. Tom came and went over their products and explained them and the process used to renovate our old, tired bath/shower. We were very impressed with Tom’s knowledge and help in deciding what we wanted and how it would be installed. Tom told us it may be the end of April 2025 before they could install our new bath/shower. We were surprised when Jesse called us on Tuesday, 04 Mar 25, to asked if we wanted him to start on Wednesday, 05 Mar 25. We obviously said “yes”, but then we had a snowstorm and Jesse called and asked it we could wait until the weather cleared off, which we agreed. He came on Thursday, 06 Mar 25, at 0830 hours to start our project. He then discovered the wrong tub was delivered and quickly called Champion to ask if there was a right drain and water tube close by, as he drove from Topeka, Kansas to our location in Jefferson City, MO. Luckily one was local, and he went to get it. He explained the process to us again and apologized for the wrong tub at first. He stayed on our project from 0830-1800 hours, working the whole time. He removed our old bath/shower and cleaned up before he left. He arrived at 0830 hours on Friday, 07 Mar 25, and installed our tub, shower walls, and new water lines and drain for our bath/shower, cleaned up and left around 2015 hours. He returned on Saturday, 08 Mar 25 at 0900 hours, and went to install the shower doors only to discover one of the bracket holes in the door was off by 1/16″. he did get it to work and got the doors installed. We had purchased a box store rain head w/sprayer, which Jesses installed, but he was concerned it wasn’t plumbed right to work in our shower. He said he would try it and he did, but he was right, it wasn’t setup correctly and it leaked and was not working correctly. This was not his fault at all, he only did what we had asked him to do, and he quickly started searching his trailer for one that would work. My wife and son found another one to try and Jesse installed it, and it works great. Jesse is a top-notch installer, and he really cares about his customers. He advised us very well and he was a very professional installer for Champion. We would recommend him, and we would ask for him if we have another project like this one. We would also recommend Champion for their sales and service. We are very proud of the work done by their staff and would recommend them to anyone needing a new bath and or shower.
